Lapu-Lapu City
An uninhabited islet off Mactan, the quietest of the day-trip stops
Sulpa is a low, uninhabited islet between Mactan and Olango, ringed by white sand and shallow water. There is no village, no resort and no shade beyond a few trees at the centre.
That emptiness is the reason to include it. Boats stop here when Hilutungan and Nalusuan are busy, and it is often the only one of the four you have to yourself.
About twenty-five minutes by outrigger from Mactan, usually added to an island-hopping run.
