About This Place
Bantayan sits off the north-western tip of Cebu and keeps a slower pace than anywhere on the main island. The sand on the Santa Fe side is powder-fine and the water stays shallow a long way out.
The island is flat and small enough to circle by bicycle in a day, which is how most visitors see the fishing villages and the 16th-century church in Bantayan town.

How to Get There
Bus from Cebu North Bus Terminal to Hagnaya (about 4 hours), then the 1-hour ferry to Santa Fe. Ferries stop running in the early evening.
