Bukilat Cave

Bukilat is the opposite of Timubo: a single large chamber with several openings in the roof, so shafts of daylight fall through onto the floor and there is no sense of being enclosed.

Stalactites hang across the ceiling and pools of brackish water sit at the low end, shallow enough to wade and cool enough to be worth it. It is on Poro, the eastern of the two main Camotes islands, and sees fewer visitors than the Pacijan sites.
